Gears of War 2

Seems like some scans are surfacing for the media blitz of Gears of War 2. Seems like a lot of the off line publications are getting first glimpses to sell magazines, and the web is lacking on any new information.

Anyhow here are 2 scans from a magazine, notice the new character seems to be a female? Is this so?
